Our Founder
Jared Nance, Founder & President
Mr. Nance founded NANCE Solutions, Inc. to always supply trustworthy experienced service experts to the drilling industry. He most recently served as Project Manager for Patterson-UTI, after they acquired Nomac Drilling; at Nomac he served as Project Manager / Construction Supervisor. Prior to Joining Nomac, he served as Technical Sales Representative, Project Design Engineer, Field Service Technician, and Senior Mechanical Designer for Lee C. Moore, a Woolslayer Company. His career started at Taylor Industries serving as Engineering Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Mechanical Designer, and Mechanical Drafter. His broad range of experience give him the level of confidence to be comfortable in any situation, from wearing FRC’s in the middle of the night making emergency rig repairs to wearing a fine Italian wool suit speaking with the Board of Directors.
